#5548: Importing Trouble Ticket and mapping the field Add comment,it is importing
more number of records

 If i have a one CSV file for trouble Ticket and there I have one record
 which has two comments ,Now If I will import the csv file and I will map
 the field Add comment ,then After importing I can see it is creating two
 ticket instead of one,The no of records imported are same as the no of
 comment in the Ticket
