 in Trouble tickets section, I've created a custom field which is a
 picklist.
 Then I've set a custom filter in order to view all the tickets which have
 an empty value in my custom field --> filter show no tickets while all my
 tickets have this field empty.

 When trying the same thing with standards fields (I mean fields "title",
 "Assigned to", ...) or with simple text custom fields (no picklist),
 custom filters on empty fields works perfectly.
