#5546: i18n issue: No XXXXs found - hardcorded & translation conflict

 When nothing searched in list, msg of "No XXXXs found !" appeared very
 often.

 these're two kind of issue to localize this message:

 1. 's  is hardcorded
    $app_strings['Todo']."s ".$app_strings['LBL_FOUND']
 -----
 2. LBL_NO issue
 LBL_NO is used for both context of negative answer of Yes/No and
 Nothing/Zero. In english, Yes/No and Zero can share same "No" word, but
 other language is not.
 Could you assign another label for LBL_NO in "No XXXXs found !" msg? or
 prepare different label for entire string?

 I assign priority to Major, because it seriously affect the Evaluation
 user's PRODUCT IMPRESSION: evaluation user find this funny/strange
 translation just after evaluation started, then estimate product quality
 is not enough.
 It's very appreciated to solve this issue, to attract more user to use
 this product
