 You have to create a Sales Order with Recurring Invoice option checked,in
 SO please give the shipping and handling charges,Now check the invoice got
 created from that Sales Order ,that Invoice is showing the Shipping and
 handling charges but not the taxes associated with shipping and handing
 charges,the Total it is showing including the Taxes of shipping and
 handling Taxes.
