#6096: Add Trouble Tickets from Service Contract to Auto Relate Account

 When adding a Trouble Ticket using the related lists block on the Service
 Contracts detail view, and an Account is already Related to the Service
 Contract, that Account should automatically be Related to the new Trouble
 Ticket.

 The rest of the workflow from Potential to Service Contract keeps the
 Account on the newly created related entity, but this does not happen when
 creating the Trouble Ticket against the Service Contract.

 Need this relationship automatically populated so that all Service Request
 Trouble Tickets automatically show on the Account related list for Trouble
 Tickets (Account screen is 360 degree view of the customer).
