#6052: mail saved or sent are showing the DownLoad attachment button with out
having Attachment

 The mail which are sent from vtiger or saved can be found in email module
 ,Now if we will check the email module the mails does not have the
 attachment but still the
 DownLoad Attachment button is coming  clicking on which not working.
