 Go to Create a Product and give value of Unit price with two currency
 value for e.g

     Currency(US Dollar)=30$

 India, Rupees (₨) =1500 Now set the base currency for that product as
 India, Rupees (₨)

 Give the Tax option also for the Unit price

 Now save the product ,and from the detail view of the product click on
 Create Invoice. it will pick up the base currency of the User but if you
 will check the Tax it is calculating  with the  base currency of the
 product/service.
