#6035: Not Accessible for To Do tasks

 When I disable some modules for some users - I get a red "Not Accessible"
 for To Do tasks - see screenshot attached.

 At first I thought it was something to do with innstalling a new language
 - however, this bug also applies to the original language (again see
 screenshot)

 And it's not just this screen - also when looking at accounts and leads
 and To Do's assigned to those, I get a red "Not Accessible"

 It seems that all modules have to be loaded for this bug to not show up -
 however, all modules are not needed by me, and certainly not by all users.
