 In most of the places of the CRM like Accounts, Contacts, Leads etc., the
 system default mail client is picked up when the User has disabled
 Internal Mailer.

 But few places like Send Email with PDF in Invoice, Quotes etc., the
 system default mail client is never picked up irrespective of the Internal
 Mailer setting. It is always ending up with the Internal Mail Composer.
