 First two points are working fine with vtiger5.1.0

 Regarding third point:To merge record on navigation user need to opt for
 Merge option from the page where at least one of the selected record lies.
 (e.g. if 1st page has 1 record to merge and page 4 has other two records
 to merge then click on merge button on page 4 will merge all 3 selected
 records.)
