 Email notifications sent on entity creations or Help Desk update or Invite
 for a Calendar Event should be configurable through Workflow and must use
 Email templates.
 Also the email should have a link to the Entity for which the email is
 sent.

 Hard-coded email contents and the conditions should be cleaned up.
