 steps to reproduce the issue

 1-->Go to any modules where there are more than one page.

 2-->Edit a record there give ampersand(&) symbol in its Name.

 3-->Now try to search that name in global search it will show you that
 record.In the List view box it will show page one with only one record
 present

 4-->give 2 in the box and press enter it will show you all records present
 in that modules.
