 In Settings=>Customer Portal If we will disable the modules Products or
 services it is showing a warnings like the following

 Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in
 C:\vtiger\rc510_2\vtiger_crm\cptest\include\utils\utils.php on line 116
