 For the Timesheet module (among others) I need to add a new icon on the
 toolbar (next to the import/export/recent buttons). This button executes
 an action inside the application like the action links.[[BR]]
 I attach the code modification I made to integrate this manually. I
 suppose vtlib should have a function similar to the Custom Links[[BR]]
