 If we will change the Date format for a user to dd-mm-yyyy or mm-dd-yyyy,
 then log in as that user if I will go to create a Sales Order and I will
 filled the Start date and the End date field in recurring Invoice block
 some value and save then after saving the values are not getting saved,if
 I will go to edit that I can see it is storing the value as 00-00-0000.
