 I've added a patch against a couple of methods in CRMEntity to produce
 unique aliases.
 The pdf is a scan of a piece of paper that tries to describe the situation
 in which the bug occurs.

 M1,M2,M3,M4 are modules.
 The report is made on M1 with M3 as secondary.
 M1 has 2 uitype10s. This creates an alias conflict. I tried to fix it
 using the field id to make the alias unique.
 Both uitypes 105 and 106 point to M4, same conflict and fix.
 Same thing with the query for the secondary.
