 I logged into my website via FTP to view the contents of the "Storage"
 folder. To my surprised it was filled with misc files, and not from files
 in the "Documents" section.

 It turns out that, EVERY email sent with attachments via the webmail
 system copies a file to the "storage folder".

 As far as i can see the only way you can access these files is if you FTP
 into the server and view the documents directly.

 Thus, from what I can see... it absolutely makes no sense for the files to
 remain there unless there is a way in vtiger to view the contents of the
 "storage folder" for emailing future attachments, or to be able to delete
 the files directly from within Vtiger.

 I'm not sure what other areas in vtiger causes this to happen, but with a
 heavily used CRM the disk space can be used up very quickly.
