Comment:

 I'm reopening this, because there are too many flaws in how the Mail
 Scanner handles tickets.

 1. Not ALL mail sent to the email address constitute a ticket being
 created from them.

 2. Each Vtiger user can have a personal email account setup in webmail via
 imap or what not. The should have the ability to turn specific email sent
 directly to them, into tickets as well.

 3. Mailscanner currently only handles ONE email address. Most people who
 use an online CRM, or provide ONLINE services utilize multiple email
 addresses(ie: personal, billing, support, feedback, sales, marketing,
 etc).

 So I re-opened this issue because well, tickets still aren't able to be
 created from within webmail which is really a must have feature for
 service companies who do 90% of their business online, and provide 100%
 online services.
