 Would be useful to add a script prefix to the index.php file so developers
 could add their own scripts that require to avoid headers, footers or
 both.
 Something like nh_, nf_ and nhf_
 So we could add a script with name nh_Stopwatch.php and get the screen
 with no header/menu.
 Obviously this should be documented in the vtlib/developers manual
