 I already create a topic in the forum
 http://forums.vtiger.com/viewtopic.php?t=26558&highlight=, you can see
 some screenshots for having an idea of the problem.

 When a client closes a ticket in the customer portal, all the accent in
 the title ,description, solution, comments are changed to their html
 codes. And in the comments, no change but the firts comment is duplicated
 with the accent issue.
