 The current webmail system currently lacks key features that would allow
 it to be a fully functional CRM for handling incoming/outgoing emails,
 especially for service based and online businesses that deal heavily with
 Internet communication.

 1. Ability to Turn Emails into tickets automatically from inside Webmail.
 Opening a New Window to copy and paste the ticket information from an
 email to a ticket is time consuming.

 2. Central Email system with personalized email boxes for employees. (All
 employees should have access to the same email for something like
 support at companydomain.com, but they should also have access to their own
 emails at johndoe at companydomain.com all from within the webmail system)
 Not sure about POP3, but would like this feature for IMAP.

 3. Webmail and the Trouble Ticket system needs to be more integrated, such
 as replying to an email from WebMail automatically updates the ticket the
 email is associated with.

 4. Also Mailscanner needs to be able to add contact information for
 tickets automatically created from non-contacts. It currently creates the
 ticket, but the ticket doesn't have any information on how to contact the
 person who sent the email that created the ticket.
