 For WebMail in Email ID:

 1. I setup the display name as "John Doe".
 2. I setup the email address as "support at mydomain.com"

 3. Sent myself several test emails

 4. Replied to several of the tickets from within webmail.

 5. The emails sent from webmail, are being sent to the recipient as
 "support <support at mydomain.com>"

 6. So it looks like it takes the word before the @, and uses that as the
 display name instead of John Doe.

 7. To make it worse, the display name sent to the recipient is in lower
 case instead of upper case.
