 Account name must NOT be a unique field. If you want to keep such field
 unique, please add in the module manager a checkbox to
 activate/disactivate which field is unique (as you have done with
 mandatory fields). For some other modules this can be usefull: ex: set
 product reference as unique.

 For the rest, great job in 5.1.0. I just experienced difficulties in
 moving fields in the layout editor.
