 The second solution is less restrictive, or more selective.

 This patch will only eliminate the entity's emails, not other people that
 would like to receive an email. So if we have an "on edit" notification
 email that should go to the account's assigned to AND the account's email,
 the first solution wouldn't send any email while this second solution will
 still send the email to the assigned to, but not to the account.

 I also eliminate duplicate email addresses
