#6226: if a module is disable in profile level or in module manager is still
coming in compose mail box

 Try to  disable any of the module like Account,contact,vendor,lead now go
 to send mail you can still see the modules name in the compose mail pop up
 although trying to select that disable module is showing a message that
 module is disable but it will be better if the modules won't come.
