 I understand but there should be a visual way to see this one to many
 relationship.

 Currently there is no way to see through the GUI what is stored in
 sentonotesrel.

 I suggest that this should be viewable through a field, such as relatedto
 with a UIType of 10.

 I have succesfully made this possible and will attach my proof of design.
 For you to consider for future vtiger development.
