body of the mail is UTF-8 characters

 send a mail with UTF-8 characters(in subject and Body) to your mail
 scanner mail id,Now scan the mail scanner you can see it is creating a
 ticket in thet ticket the Ticket Title is showing the UTF-8 characters
 while the Description is showing empty.
