 Steps to follow the issue
 ---------------------------
 1-->Create a new currency by going in to Settings=>Currencies.for e.g
 Currency is Rupees and its Conversion Rate is 50 w.r.t Dollars(which is
 the base currency)
 2-->Create a custom field of type currency for any module(for e.g Leads)
 3-->Now create a New user with currency Rupees given to it.Admin has the
 base currency Dollars.
 4-->As user1 log in to the CRM and go to leads module(where you have
 created the custom field) you can see the currency symbol Rs. is coming
 across custom field enter 100 there(which means 100 rupees) and save
 it,after saving you can see it is showing 5000 for user1.

 5-->Now as admin if you will go to the same record you can see it is
 showing 100 dollars.
