 To reproduce the issue follow the steps below

 1-->Create a Lead,select a service for it in the More information tab.

 2-->Now convert the Lead to a account,where it will create a Account,a
 contact,a Potential from the lead.

 3-->Now if you will go to Account's More Information tag you can not see
 the service related to the Lead.

 4-->If you will go to the More Information tab of that Service you can see
 it is still showing the Lead(which is converted) assciated with it and we
 can go to the Leads Detail view which is not present in the CRM at all.
