 steps to produce the issue

 1-->Go to Module Manager => Documents => Tooltip Management .
 2-->Select the Title field from the Pick List and click on the file name
 field check Box to display value.

 3-->Now go to Documents module list view move the mouse over Title field
 to see its File name,but you can never see a value although the file Name
 value has some value with it.
