one

 Create any record in Invoice module now in the detail view change its
 status Approved and go to More Information tab you can see the status
 history is showing the value approved,now change the status again to any
 other value(for e.g Created) go to More Information tab,you can see the
 status history is showing two rows for two status changed but it is sowing
 the same value i.e the latest one Created,the issue can be also reproduced
 with Quote Stage field in quotes module.
