 attach a file to trouble ticket from customer portal, here it shows that
 file is attached

 In crm there is document (document title is same as file name) related to
 the newly created trouble ticket, but there is no file available, and when
 i click on Check file integrity is gives me "This Document is not
 available for Download" this message.
