 1-->When we are creating a ticket a mail will come to the assigned user
 there the user can not get notification the ticket is related to either
 contact or account or to no one,as No information is coming about related
 to field .

 2-->If a ticket is related to any contact or any account then the mail is
 showing that contact/Account name in the mail where it should show the
 user name to whom ticket is assigned.I have attached a screen shot for
 it,please verify with that.
