Comment:

 Additional observation (checked on the engl. vtiger demo): If you have
 more than 20 (or whatever is configured at config.inc.php) leads you want
 to send an email from campaign and you goto the page# 1 and you send an
 email to all, everything in the TO: field works ok. If you goto to the
 second page and try to send an email the TO: field contains the email
 addresses of page #2 + the email addresses of page #1.
