#5395: Qualifying an email to a contact is not attaching the file attched with the

 Steps to produce the issue

 1-->configure your incoming mail server present in webmail.

 2-->Send some mail to that mail id with some attchment.

 3-->now go to webmail module there click on that mail and qualify it to
 contact.

 4-->Now go to contact module go to the detail view of the newly created
 contact and go to the More information tag,here you can see only mail is
 the under add mail button,but no attachments.

 This thing was working fine in  503 but not working in 504.
