 After update to 5.0.4 and subsequent migration of DB, I cannot create new
 accounts or contacts. (I CAN create new accounts using the QUICK CREATE
 dropdown, and then edit them, but NOT via the "normal" '''Create
 Account''' button.) I also see a blank page (apart from the toolbars etc.)
 as my home page.

 Turning on '''DEBUG''' shows this in the '''vtigercrm.log''' file...
