 Duplicate account can be created with the same exist account name with the
 tag cloud,
 create a record in account and tagit then click the tag on home page,the
 list view is displayed,edit it and change the account name to name which
 is already exixting, it is getting saved,the duplicate record check is not
 happening with edit and save.
