 The main issue I am fighting with vtiger right now is the duplication of
 data within vtiger.  I think it would be prudent to start looking at
 separating the '''Creation''' and '''Editing''' permissions in vtiger.
 The typical problem we have is the duplication of entities in the database
 because users are not doing their due diligence before adding a new
 record.  This typically requires an admin to clear up the duplicates.


 '''Example:'''  This type of security will allow a few admins to add new
 Accounts and assign them to the appropriate rep to add the Account Details
 (address, phone #, etc...).  Alternatively this issue could be solved by
 removing the current Create/Edit permissions from the sales reps, but this
 would cause excess work for the admins to update Account and Contact
 records every time something changed.  It's currently a "Catch 22"
 situation.
