 A lot of users complains that there is too many mouse clicks required to
 attach a note to an account|lead|contact. I added a shortcut to notes
 under the 'actions' list on the main account|lead|contact webpage and I
 thought that it would be a good idea if:

 - all module could be added to this list via a panel in the admin page
 - the admin could choose what shows up in this list per user|profile|role

 I am sending you an example for the account webpage but it doesn't
 implement the admin panel and an easy way to add more.
