 When we have a record having comma in between in a field and if we create
 a mail merge template and add it to CRM, then while merging the record to
 this template the commas are not shown and a space is shown instead.

 For Ex.
 I've an account with name "x, y, a and z".
 I've added a mail merge template having the field account name.
 Now if i am selecting the record and trying to merge using this template
 the doc file is shown without commas i.e, "x  y  a and z"
