 Invoice default status should be selectable / configured or atleast start
 with first step (Invoice created), not second step (Invoice approved).
 Some business use different default status when they create new Invoice.
 Like we, have add some automatic, when ticket status is "Approved", it
 will cloned our invoicesystem and then it can't be edited any more. Better
 explain is here http://forums.vtiger.com/viewtopic.php?p=66502 and
 somekind quick fix if you use another language (I don't know if it break
 something)
