 When changing solution or status of a ticket assigned to a group, a mail i
 sent to the first user of the user list sorted in alphabetically order.

 To reproduce the bug:
 1. The system has 3 normal users (not admin), the first named "aaa", the
 second "bbb" and the last "zzz"
 1. Create a new Ticket with the user "bbb" and assign it to a group
 2. Enter with the user "zzz" and add a solution (or change the state)
 3. An email is sent to "aaa"

 This is happens because in the Edit view the first user of the select box
 is always selected.
 A workaround is to add an empty option to he select with a value of -1,
 this option is selected when the ticket is assigned to a group.

 I attached a patch to the ticket.
