 I create a campaign "Mailing 1". Then I load a list of (view) from
 contacts:

 - If there were any contacts with same lastname only one of them will be
 stored
 - If I use the same list on another campaign (lets say "Mailing 2"), all
 entries on "Mailing 1" will be deleted.
