 For LeadSource Picklist I have the following values:

 CEO: --None--
 Vice President: --None--, aaa
 Sales Manager: --None--
 Sales Man: --None--

 As admin (CEO Role) when creating lead record, I can see all the deleted
 values in LeadSource picklist. I was expecting to see only (--None--, aaa)

 When I deleted aaa from Picklist Editor I could still see it appearing for
 admin.
