  * priority:  critical => minor
  * milestone:  5.0.4 => 5.1.0

Comment:

 1) In Notes module exported record count is not correct - Could not be
 reproduced.

 2) special characters problem - Related to 3rd item below

 3) Consider I have a more details in notes field. If I export it will take
 the contents of notes as a record.

 As we are using RTE, few of the html tags are converted like, & to &
 which is ok. We could convert back to html but it might cause problem when
 there is Rich Text like, bold font text etc. It is not easy to convert
 html tags when rich text is used.

 Moving to 5.1.0.
