 It would be beneficial to separate the Creation and Editing permissions of
 the vtiger data.

 A prime example that we have is where Sales Reps are not doing their due
 diligence before adding new Accounts to vtiger thereby creating duplicate
 Accounts.  In our situation we would not want them to add Accounts but we
 still want them to update/edit Accounts fields when needed.
