 Groups can be imported with this patch. There are however 2 points to be
 clarified. The import last step screen does not display the entries for
 the group. It is not clear how this should be done. I have disabled the
 automatic mail notification for group entries. Perhaps this could be
 disabled just for imports, but I do not think that it usefula at all.
