 It would be great to do some calcution on customer fields. That means to
 define a forumla to calculate a new value from other values given.

 As an example: If you do like to do a customer analysis (ABC-Analysis) you
 have to calculate a value out of some fields like turnover last year,
 number of products etc.

 An other example is the calculation of the time to fix in helpdesk
 (Creation time - closing time = time to fix) which is commonly used for
 the surveillance of guarantied times.
