 I invetigated this further and considered the field size. It works! So the
 failure is caused if you make an entry in the satutation picklist that is
 bigger than 10 characters (this is not controlled). Please increase the
 field size for salutation in Lead/Contacts to at least 50.
 In other languages than English you will need an increased field size. For
 Grammar reasons you need to be able to make larger entries and have to
 have space for proper salutation wich depends on the gender. For instance
 in German you write "Sehr geehrter Herr" for a male and "Sehr geehrte
 Frau" for a female.
