 if lead's salutation picklist field contains special chars or html tags,
 it has been get displayed as '''Not Accessible''' even for admin user.

 ''Steps:''

 1. Go to picklist editor and add value(should contain special char or html
 tag) in the salutation picklist field for ceo role.

 2. Create a lead as admin user and select above added value in the
 salutation field.

 After saving the lead, it will be get displayed as ''Not Accessible'' in
 the detail view of lead.
